Combined CBBI-DMPE
IAIS 507, 711, NS 8926, 9730 with a combined CBBI-DMPE by Tiffin, IA.
Train was tied down at Newton, IA. Swapped out 513 for 711 at South Amana to continue east
and meet 509 west(BICB01) at Iowa City.
