Pelican
There have been Pelicans flying and floating along the Mississippi River. I am guessing they are migrating northward for the summer.
Here is one flying by and just floating.

My 11th on the IAIS
CBBI01 taking track 6 at Silvis. 507 led the short train.......
..along with 513 trailing.

It's official......My 11th NS Heritage unit-New York Central #1066.
After capturing the NYC unit, I ran out to the west side of Davenport to catch a sweet sounding horn on BICB01 with "brown nose" NS 6629 leading. Although the horn was working great, the rest of the unit was not. It shut down on the way through Davenport, so NS 2607 and IAIS 511 did the work.
Good thing it was only 4 loads and 132 empties.
