Backyard creatures
Some flying and crawling creatures in my backyard-
before the rains came.

Spider taking a Siesta.
An Admiral Butterfly perched on one of our flowery
plants in the backyard.
Another bumblebee.

McLoud Run.
CN wooden truss crossing over McLoud Run.
Many small dams along McLoud Run.
McLoud Run is the only stream in Iowa that has
these three Trouts in an urban area.

Butterflies of McLoud Run.
The Wooly Worm
We had our first sighting of the infamous "Wooly Worm" in our backyard this morning.
My son is taking him to school for "Show and Tell". Here is the booger who also can
predict the upcoming winter weather very well.

Nature and Creatures
While walking Boysen Trail, seen another tree
with mushrooms growing out from the trunk.
It's so wonderful how God can create such
a wonderful picture for us photographers
to take and cherish.

Red-tail Hawk paid a visit to our backyard
looking for food.

Goldenrods and a Plane
Photo of the 1929 Ford Tri-Motor plane that had been
on display in Iowa City this past weekend, takes flight
over the city. People rode on this plane for $70.
The Tri-Motor Plane took a loop toward my vantage
point and I snapped him passing under me.
While waiting for the KCS Detour train to arrive, I snapped
off a couple photos of Goldenrods in bloom on Eagle
Road east of Oxford, IA.
