The projected crest has dropped to 22ft and will occur sometime Tuesday afternoon. After that the river will slowly fall back to its normal levels by the weekend.

Also a music video is now out called "We Rise Above" by Four Star Fate and the proceeds will go to help CR with relief.

Seen this critter on a sidewalk near the pond at New Covenant Bible Church.

And this HUGE spider between the cattails on the shore at New Covenant Bible Church.

A little research was done and it is an Orb-Weaver Spider

Westbound pair at Otis, IA

Highlighting a pair of westbounds at Otis including the Z-train with a Tier 4 leader.

Otis Bald Eagles

On my way up to get a couple trains over by the trail at Otis, I spotted from a distance on Otis Rd SE something big in the tree.

It was these two Bald Eagles staying cool in the shade. As you can tell from their mouths being open, it was a humid day today.
